I've wanted a strut bar forever, dude. It looks cool. That's all. But nothing fits an s12, nothing within reach at least. I think an R31 bar fits. Anyway, I love the Cusco bars, except that if I were to order one, I wouldn't be able to realign the mounts since their mounting plates are made of aluminum(I can't weld that stuff). So I just got a cusco style bar with steel brackets off ebay for $60 shipped, not too shabby right?
The bar is supposed to fit BOTH s13 and s14, so there's a few slight problems. I already have to cut the mounts off the plates and realign them to fit the s12 anyway, so it won't be too bad.
Here's the bar, I probably shouldn't have put it on my bed for fear of china lead, haha
Looking alright so far
first, the bolts don't even fit as it should, they're too small
and ALL the holes are ovaled out for the s13/s14 universal fitment, I'll probably weld them shut and redrill them or just fill them in slightly

SO LIEK, THIS INTERNSHIP
I've been floating around this photo internship for SFSTATION.COM and it's been alright. They're good people. I generally try to shoot mostly shows, concerts, anything fun really, have a few beers, but unfortunately it doesn't stop there; I have to shoot DA CLUBS too.

S12
S12silvia.com is definitely one of the cooler things to have happened to this chassis, it harvests s12 related materials from all around the world and brings it all together into a clean blog for this failure of a car.
Speaking of which
Thanks for hooking it up!

THEE PARKSIDE SAN FRANCISCO!
SABERTOOTH ZOMBIE
ROBBERS
CRIME IN STEREO
I didn't take too many photos, but here's what I've gone through so far. It was Trinh's first show too, I think she liked it more than she said she did. Yeah, you liar.
god damn, photobucket really fucked this lamp up with its compression

THIRD GALLON OF GAS
Yup. I've been going downtown quite often lately too, it should be under $15 for gas this entire semester.

SPL tension rods are finally in
Since the ghetto tension rod bracket I made out of the s12 bracket didn't work(rod couldn't reach), I had to get those s14 brackets. Pretty surprising, 3/4 holes directly line up and one hole just needed to be ovaled out.
on the ground, is a lot lower than the stock s12 bracket is, around the same as the oil pan.
thanks JUSTIN for hooking it up with these brand new tension rod bolts
exhaust is on, lots of mixed opinions about this compared to the old blast pipes, but I'm stoked on it!

PACIFICA SKATE PARK!
I woke up early the other day to shoot Kevin skating at a park across from the beach, what an amazing day! This was a pretty rare occasion since it's usually overcast here. It was my first time taking the ruckus on a highway too(it's not very legal, 49cc, 45mph flat/downhill, 35mph uphill and there was lots of uphill). Well worth it though, the ocean view on south bound highway 1 was awesome! And spending the few hours at the skate park made me really want to get back into it.
And across the street, there's the beach WITH A TACO BELL. There's an oceanside patio and a window outside to order if you're too sandy, too awesome?
